Jewell Construction contracted for phase 2 of The Percy Williams building. 21 new studios for budding creatives.

Jewell Construction won the contract to deliver phase 2 of The Percy Williams building at Krowji in Redruth.

The 14 month project created a wonderful new space for budding creatives, including 21 new studios.

The building work achieved BREEAM excellent certification. BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for master-planning projects, infrastructure and buildings.
